 About Us Pfeffer Home Inspections is a full service home inspection company providing reliable service for prospective buyers and sellers, as well as real estate agents, brokers and lending institutions. We serve all of Southern Ohio including Adams, Brown, Clermont and Highland counties. Pfeffer Home Inspections is certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI),an organization formed to improve the Home Inspection Industry and protect the real estate consumer by promoting only qualified and certified home inspectors. In order to become a certified member, we are required to pass an entrance exam, follow a set Standards of Practice, and abide by the NACHI Code of Ethics. As part of the membership standards, we must also continue to improve upon training through continued education requirements set forth by NACHI, similar to that what realtors and appraisers must complete.
